When you submit a request through this site, Liquid Data collects: your name, business email address, organization or role, and any message you include. We also collect basic technical metadata when the form is submitted, including timestamp, browser user-agent string, and approximate originating country derived from your IP address.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, qualify potential pilot fit, and coordinate next steps with the partnering institution and its NIL collective. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
Inquiry records are retained for up to 36 months in our customer-relationship database. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing Kingkong@apebeverages.com with the subject line "CCPA — delete my data."
To exercise any of these rights, email Kingkong@apebeverages.com with the relevant request in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA.
